This is where the fun starts. During the Design Phase, we create a well thought out design of your remodeling project that provides you, the customer, with drawings and 3D renderings that enable you to envision exactly what your new Kitchen/Bathroom with look like.

Putting Your Dream on Paper
With the formation and refinement of a thorough, detailed Project Scope, you, the customer, will be able to understand and know everything that you are paying for before you pay for it. All tasks, materials, and trade services will be spelled out, and all ambiguity erased.

Preparation and Peace of Mind.
Based on existing conditions, the well thought out Design, and the detailed Project Scope, we will be able to accurately assess what your investment will be for the proposed project. This is not ballpark pricing, but an accurate Fixed-Priced based on specific criteria.

Fresh Start Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
Bennett and his whole team are amazing, and we very highly recommend IHR! We recently did a full main floor remodel of our home, including our kitchen, two bathrooms, and several additional updates. Dream Transformation Kitchen Remodel
Bennett worked with us to do a big kitchen remodel which involved moving the kitchen from one area of the house to another. We also worked with an interior designer (Kimberlee Marie Designs). Together they were an absolutely winning team that helped us create the kind of kitchen dreams are made of. If you want a 100% reliable contractor, a contractor who does what he says, turns up when he says he will and calls you back promptly when he misses your call Bennett is your guy! We really loved Bennett's 'fixed-price bid'. It was such a comfort to know we knew the cost going into the remodel and wouldn't be stung with any surprises before it all kicked off. Bennett was incredibly diligent in his getting everything right and working with us to make it all beautiful. Bennett is a real perfectionist and insists his subcontractors work to his same high standards. We were never left with sub-par work or any sort of job not finished, he completely on top of it. The cherry on top of it all is Bennett is just a really lovely guy and was a pleasure to have in our home whilst doing all of this work. Bathroom Remodel
We used Bennett Bottorff of Innovative Home Renovations to remodel a small bathroom in our condo in downtown Seattle. We wanted to replace the tub with a shower, add a wall-hung cabinet, new lighting, and additional storage – a pretty tall order for a bathroom that was less than forty square feet. The condo is in a high-rise, and he was required to navigate HOA requirements and work with the facilities manager as well as all the neighbors on several floors. From the beginning, Bennett seemed sincerely enthusiastic about our project. At our very first meeting, we felt we were in good hands. We appreciated his organization and integrity. Everything happened exactly the way he said it would; there were no surprises, no cost overruns, and no delays once the project got started. He had good ideas, but he also listened carefully to ours.
