Our Hawthorne Hills clients loved their neighborhood but needed a home that truly fit their family of four. Their 1940s bungalow was cramped, dark, and disconnected from the way they lived. On top of that, both homeowners brought a very different design style to the table: one leaned toward bold, modern finishes while the other loved soft, coastal warmth.
Through our design-build process, we reimagined the entire layout, introduced natural light, and layered in custom details to create a home that feels unified, functional, and deeply personal. From a chef’s kitchen and prep space to a spa-like primary suite and kid-friendly family room, every space was designed with long-term livability in mind.
